SCHOLARSHIP/FINANCIAL AID INFORMATION

FINANCIAL AID GUIDELINES

Ladywood High School offers tuition assistance based on financial need. The Archdiocese of Detroit sponsors a 2nd form of financial aid which is independent from LHS. For more information on the Archdiocesan Grant Program and an application, please check our website at www.ladywood.org. Private School Aid Service (PSAS), an outside company, determines financial need. Applications are also available to all registered students. No tuition assistance will be given without a report from PSAS. All monies awarded will be deducted from the last tuition payment.

ARCHDIOCEASAN TUITION ASSISTANCE

• Available to all qualifying students
• Primary criterion of qualification is financial need
• PSAS applications are available at your parish, Ladywood High School or on our website www.ladywood.org
• Ladywood High School PSAS Code: 9262
• Completed application and a $20.00 non-refundable application fee should be sent to PSAS not LHS
• This application is due by April 11, 2011; a new application is required every year.
• Recipients are notified in July.

LADYWOOD HIGH SCHOOL FINANICAL AID

• Tuition Assistance is comprised of a number of scholarships/grants
• Available to any qualifying students
• Upon the completion of the registration process, applications will be available at the school or online www.ladywood.org
• All applicants MUST submit a form to Private School Aid Services (PSAS) along with the $20.00 processing fee. This outside company is used to determine the financial need.
• This application is due by April 11, 2011; a new application is required every year.
• Criteria for qualifications are based on need and parent support of/participation at Ladywood High School
• Recipients will be notified by mail.
